Inspiring Youth Award - London

On 30th November, Youth League-UK was announced winner for their community work at the 4th annual London Faith ,Belief & Community Awards, hosted by the Faith & Belief Forum with the support of the Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London’s Faith Council

Youth League-UK was one of the six winners for the Inspiring Youth category. Representatives from a range of London community groups joined F&BF and Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London’s Faith Council to continue the discussion on the benefit of community centric, faith led projects.

Inspiring Youth Award - Barking & Dagenham

Youth League-UK was announced  winners at the Barking & Dagenham Faith and Community Awards 2020, under the Inspiring Youth Category. These awards recognise the unsung heroes of Barking and Dagenham, celebrating the vital and inspiring services they provide day in and out – from youth clubs to health and wellbeing workshops, food banks and drop in centres.

Hall of Fame-Black Achievers

John Wainaina, Programmes manager Youth League Uk was inducted to the Hall Of Fame of Barking and Dagenham is the proud home of  high-achieving black individuals. The Black History Month Hall of Fame highlights and celebrates local residents’ and service providers achievements and accolades.

Matrix Excellence Award

Youth League UK was one of the 6 UK organisations in 2005, to achieve Matrix Excellence Award. These organisations had demonstrated the highest standards when delivering information, advice and guidance. They were recognised at the second prestigious Matrix Excellence Awards ceremony, held at The Institute of Directors in London by Lord Coe, Leader of the winning 2012 Olympic bid.
